Id like both guys n dolls to answer, either giving a time frame e.g 1 day ?.... or by stating events that should take place before you have sex.......

I think both of you need to be comfortable that it is the right time. There isn't really a time frame for this. When it's right, you know it. There needs to be trust between the two of you and communication. You also need to talk first and be sure that you both want the relationship and know the other person isn't going to be having sex with anyone else. (That's just me, I don't like sharing my man). As far as time, that's different with everyone....it's the level of trust and comfort that are most important.

I love the answer about waiting until you look down and see a wedding ring on your finger! I think it's so true...why give a part of your heart to someone who isn't worth the wait??

You either feel it's right or it's not.
What do you mean 'with the aim of going into a long term relationship'. He might dump you or vice versa after a couple of dates.
No need to look so long term just yet.

when u feel comfortable obviously make it know to him that its not on a plate minumum 1 month to about 3months that way u can get to no every thing about them otherwise if they are jus there for the nookie u will loose respect

If you are interested as to when it is moral to have sex it's after you are married.
However, don't let that stop you. After all, nobody seems to care about morality anymore.
