I don't condone making fun of those that are religious. Though I'm not getting any younger, and more and more people are dying due to religion.

To live with no FAITH, is to die EVERY day.
Better to live a lifetime of persecution and pain as a Christian ,Than an eternity of death and aloneness.
One day I will add to my blog page ALL of my reasons for knowing God is real~ Faith alone, made me know~
However, situations MADE me aware enough so that I "knew" Jesus and God are NOT like Santa, Easter Bunny and Big Bird... He does NOT go away as we get older like the fairy tails do.
In Faith we are shown a different path of life. A path that does NOT allow for selfishness. Not because we are afraid of punishment from God,
... but a different path that gives us resilience to overcome strife and repay EVERY single day to the world~ The blessing we receive.

I remember reading a paper a few years ago that posited that Christianity - more properly, monotheistic religion - was primarily responsible for the development of science in the West, since it presented a universe that was governed by laws rather than multiple deities. If that's true, then it would seem that God showed us the way to the Enlightenment. Wouldn't you agree?
