simply explanation to catholic & non cath unions in non cath ceremony now divorced. whats the churchs view?

I need a simplifed explanation please. A catholic marries non catholic in non catholic union. Divorce. catholic then marries non catholic in civil ceremony. what is the churchs view and canon law on this scenario? Please someone help ease my mind.

If they do not recognize Jesus as Lord and Savior and honor his words it doesnt matter. Jesus lives!!!
