Well, do you say to yourself "I like how I look" or do you say "I'm so much hotter than anyone I know"?

If you stare at each mirror you walk by then you are concided. But if you tell yourself in almost a daily base you are healthy and you don't seem concided but you have to stay active if you want to beautiful and healthy.

If you are pretty and you know you are then that's not conceded but if you think that being pretty makes you better than anyone else or you give too much importance to your appearance then you are conceded. The most attractive and best looking people I have ever known are the ones who don't seem to notice they are good looking. Remember it is the beauty inside that can stay with you forever. (I am on a roll tonight this is the second answer I have given where I used my Mothers advice!)

It is more important to accept who you are, and not worry about what others think of you. What you are can be considered by others as pretty or not. You can either think you are pretty or not. What you must do is accept that you are what you are, but just because you accept something does not mean you cannot change it. You however have limited control over being pretty or not, for it is the perception of others that defines your beauty (and yourself).

You mean conceited? No, it's healthy and ok to think you're good-looking. If you are constantly in front of the mirror, then you are conceited. If you think looks are everything and are constantly talking about your hair and your clothes, you are self-absorbed. If you are worried about how you look and don't think you are as good as everyone else because your nose is big, then you are unreasonable. It's okay to think you're pretty, to know you're pretty. Others will think you are pretty if you have confidence in yourself and carry yourself as such.

firstly concided means to give up ,the word your after is conceited, and no its healthy, just as long as you keep it in perspective and realise that looks are not what makes a person who they are,

No it isn't conceited unless you flaunt it and remind people of how good looking you are. It's a good thing to have a high self esteem therefore it is healty as long as it doesn't cross over into you being rude to others.

Well if your always telling everyone how pretty you are than all that means is that you need to say it out loud and alot of times to convince yourslef that you are. But if you just feel your pretty but don't feel the need to brag about it, its healthy because it gives you confidence.

there's a difference between conceited and confident.
confident. is being able to look in the mirror and being proud of the person looking baq` at you. knowing you`re beautiful no matter what they say.
conceited; is telling everyone you look good.
and that you look better then everybody.
and always in thhe mirror every second.
confident is healthy. =)
conceited is cocky.

I think that it is being healthy, not conceded. Of course, you don't need to over do it or put anyone else down or hurt their feelings, but it's is definently good to have high slef esteem.
