We're not, or at least not as a nation. We have some people whose intelligence is questionable, but we also have many brilliant people--just like all nations, we are a mix of all intelligence groups. I personally know many smart people, and a few who aren't the brightest bulbs, but are still good people and are not stupid.

Me thinks it has something to do with McDonalds. Ronald McDonald is a very shady character, I don't trust that clown.
