I don't think any sane guy would find it a turn off to have girls openly seeking you. If anything its a big ego boost.
Its fine and I would go out if I wanted to go out with her.

No it is not a turn off, actually I feel that it is an honor when told, because of how much it takes to make that step. I would like to get to know that person better and also would like to know what that person sees in me, is it something that can make me a better person?

No it isn't a turnoff if a woman tells me she likes me. I hear that quite a bit.
Going out with her, however, is not automatic. I'll determine that after talking to her for a while.
