Religion is ridiculous. It is quite possible that you believe in a different god than the people you seek answers from. You don't worship the same thing, so why is it that you would accept answers about evangelical beings? You pray to apples, the other people here pray to oranges, so even if there were a supreme being how would you know what they say pertains to what you're asking? Religion is a funny thing and quite a waste of time and effort for the people who believe in it.

To answer your question, there is no such thing as a soul mate. The truth is you would and will be happy with a great number of people you end up with. You will be compatible for long enough with one and end up getting married. That is all there is to it, I promise.

Marriage, depending on the family, is decided by the family or the couple. What God/Allah wants for us is to be happy, to be compassionate and unconditional in our love. If one part of the couple is unable to fulfill this it wouldn't be right for the couple to be together. There is already enough divorce in our world.

Don't pray for one specific person to be your partner. Pray that someone that will share your loves and desires as you share hers comes into your life. You might not meet her tomorrow - but you will one day.

Don't rush love, marriage or partnership. Be true to yourself and you will be happy forever.

I think this is true.God will open doors for us after we pray about it, but its up to us to believe he;s answered our prayers and walk through the door.(take the chance) We do have to do some of the work, but if you believe for an answer, he will bring the right person into your life, at the right time. This may not happen immediatly, but In Gods timing.

I think that God (Allah) has already chosen the "one" for us, that doesn't mean that we shouldn't seek opportunities to meet new people.

Oh, ya, to the person who wrote an answer before me, Allah is the Arabic word for God, so, you should probably apologize.

No i don't think God decides. We decide when we write our life plan in heaven. It's up to us, we put ourselves up for the challenges we experience, God just approves whether they are ok

I believe in fate, sometimes things are meant to be and sometimes they aren't. I hope one day, your dreams come true.

Take care : )

I don't think so. If that were true, there wouldn't be so many divorces and unhappy marriages.
