blood sausage, sausage with blood in. I prefer black pudding.

TV in the UK.

For every TV, you must pay the licence fee annually. This is what pays for the BBC and the reason they do not have adverts. The BBC are then obliged to be a completely unbiased media, though this is easier said than done. BBC1 and BBC2 should be available on every TV set in the nation.

All other channels are either free, or have to be paid for individually. The different services available in the UK are Terrestrial TV, Digital TV, Cable TV and Satellite TV.
All require a single payment for the recieving equipment and all have BBC and free channels. Digital, Cable and Satellite also have payed channels.

Yes there is blood in them.
Better known has Black pudding or blood pudding is a sausage made by cooking animal blood with a filler until it is thick enough to congeal when cooled. Blood sausage is a more recent North American term for the same as well as a useful term for similar blood-based solid foods around the world.

Pig or cattle blood is most often used; sheep and goat blood are used to a lesser extent. Blood from poultry, horses and other animals are used more rarely. Typical fillers include meat, fat, suet, bread, barley and oatmeal.

Blood sausage has it, but it's also lauded for being robust with protein. As for me, I'll stick to bratwurst.

You pay for cable-TV, which I'm sure as an American you'll need if you're talking BBC-America.

In Uk we call it black pudding. it's like a sausage but its black, hence the name. It's made of actual blood and lots of other wierd stuff. it tastes a lot nicer than it sounds. i first ate it when I was a small child. if my mum had told me what it was i never would have tried it, so she didn't tell me. UK food in general is ok. you can get almost anything from any country. Some of the traditional UK food is a little strange, even for us natives!

Yes they are really blood sausages. In some countries chicken's blood is used, but i think pigs blood is more common. It is blood that is allowed to cogulate and then formed.
