i met this girl and she became good friends with one of my girl friends and i. so i liked this new friend and she did so many things that made me think she liked me too, but she started talking to my friend's boyfriend. and he brainwashed her and played victim with her. so now she hates my friend and goes around calling her a ***** and other rude remarks like that. mind you, i havent talked to her a in a couple of weeks so that might not be so good, and when we see each other, we rarely say hi. what should i do? does she still feel the same way towards me? im afraid that my friend's bf might've told her something bad about me. (lol lame high school drama.)

tell her that your best friend is very close to you, and it would mean alot if she could talk about whats going on.

Apparently you are determined to live your life based on someone else's opinion. That's a real loser attitude.

Ignore everything other people say about you that's bad. When someone gives you a compliment, say "thank you" and let it go at that.

You're apparently ignoring the fact that with friends like that you don't need enemies.

I don't think it's a lame high school drama because at your age it all looms like the most important event in the world. If you can tone down your perception of just how important this might be, you'll probably sleep better at night.

I'm sorry to tell you something you may already know she feels threatened by your girl buddie. If you really like this girl it may be time to let go of this friend so you can start having meaningful relationships with other girls. Sometimes guys hold onto friends that are women because they think there friendship may lead to something more this is maybe something that is bothering this girl. What you need to do is confront this friends BF and see what he told her it is none of his business to involve himself in your affairs maybe the BF wants you out of the picture so to speak tell your long-time friend that you feel it best that we end the friendship or you may not be able to find that special someone for you. If she is an understanding girl then she will agree with your assessment of the situation. Good Luck and God Bless call the girl she is wondering why you haven't called she may just be concerned about where you want to go with this relationship?

I hate to say it, but if this is just high school we're talking about...I would cut your loses and go back to your friend. Relationships come and go, but friends will always be there for you!

enzo32ferrari's dating tips...for guys:

Topic: Me but not him?

Dude, this one is simple; your best friend isn't you; you like the girl; the girl likes you. Not your best friend. You both can still be best friends, and have a girl, just you can't hang out with them both at the same time.

Just talk to her and be all like, "yah, that was a really stupid thing for (your best friend's name) to say", and she'll understand you and like you again. :)
