you cant change someone, but you can encourage him to change hisself,, but keep in mind that girls are usually a few years more mature then boys,,, so if your the same age,,,,, dont expect him to be something he is not yet,,,,, just like you wouldnt want him to expect you to be less mature,,,,,, just give it time, and accept him for how he is for now

WOW! do you have a lot to learn. The quickest way to breaking up a potentially good relationship is to try and change the other person. That does NOT work. It is a total waste of time and energy and breeds unhappiness more than any other factor.
You CANNOT change another person. Only they can do that. You must concentrate on yourself because that is the ONLY person you can change.

in the beginning, forget approximately approximately what anybody else is telling you. 2d of all, cope with your concepts and emotions. Do you like this individual properly sufficient to date him? you already be attentive to that he's shy. possibly you ought to no longer tell if he's serious or no longer using fact he asked you in an immature way - using fact of his shyness. once you're attracted to courting this boy, then make your circulate! once you're waiting on him, you may result waiting perpetually using fact he would in no way have the skill to overcome his shyness sufficient to ask you out. So...you are able to the two make the 1st circulate and ask him out your self, or proceed on alongside with your existence thinking what would have been. probability purely knocks as quickly as sister!

So when did you get the power or knowledge to change someone,? you cannot change anyone but yourself, and if you don't like the person the way they are then you choose if you want to continue to see them, but if the person ask what they can do to bring change in the area that needs change then tell them what you honestly think, and allow them to make the choice to change.

It's alright to change him, although it is probably not possible. Maturity comes with time and experience. It's not exactly something you can teach someone.
