Josephus was a Jewish historian of that time and wrote about Jesus of Nazareth.

Jesus is my Lord and Savior....He took away the constant, all the time, everyday pain I had in my knees after 4 knee surgeries.

OK....let's look at the city of Cali, in Columbia, South America. It's a city that used to be run by drug lords. The Christians united together in prayer for their city and the it's turned completely around....where once they had no fewer than 15 murders in 2 days they now have very few if any and there are no more drug lords there.

You can not believe all you want but that doesn't change the fact that Jesus is God.

If you do not believe the bible is reliable, I respect your right to have that opinion.

I do believe it...and it's through years and years of diligent study, not just what some would call "blind" faith. So.....I can't really steer you in any other direction than the bible.

For you, there will never be any proof if you do not believe God's infallible Word. And for me as a christian to try and prove God, I won't with people who refuse to believe. I will share my beliefs and knowledge of God's Word and my own personal experiences with anyone who wants to hear. God's Word is all the proof one needs. You either accept or reject God and His Word (they go hand and hand), but whether you believe it or not, God will judge you from His Word.

Simply, no there is not. And, even the christians who answered this question didn't give you any other source of proof.

And, I know Jan is a "top contributor" and all, but she didn't even attempt to answer your question. All I saw was something about knee surgery and drug lords. Not sure how that even comes close to answering your question.

That he rose from the dead. Even the Romans soldiers gaurding the tomb were given hush money so they wouldn't tell that they saw Jesus walk out of the tomb on the third day. Guess they weren't paid enough because it got out anyways.

It is amazing that the story is touted as truth even today. Even with the knowledge that we learn in kindergarten. In Kindergarten we learned a cool game called the phone game. There we learned how stories change grossly with each telling. Had they had camcorders back them, we'd all be Jewish. Had they had camcorders before that, we'd all be Agnostic, or even Atheists.
