I have been on the low carb diet for about a week and a half I have lost about 10 lbs Im just running out of ideas of what to eat do you have any ideas of what I could eat?? I need breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack ideas please!

I drink crystal light (0 carb, o sugar) and they taste good. I also order energy drinks that are 0 carb + 0 calorie + caffeine free energy drinks but these are not available on retail store, I have to order them from www.e-storestop.com. Both crystal light and energy drinks have different flavors you can choose from.

I like seafoods too so I sautte shrimp with butter, italian seasonings, sea salt, onions and garlic. I bake fish fillet with same ingredients and add red and yellow bell peppers. I also munch on shrimp cocktails with low carb shrimp cocktail sauce.

For dessert, i just buy no sugar, 0 carb jello and mix low carb mashed cream cheese while the jello is warm and it taste like a cheesecake.

I like marinating pork chops, chicken wings or ribs with 0 carb italian dressing and low carb soy sauce overnight then grill it. Then on veggie side dish, i make roasted red bell peppers (marinated also in 0 carb italian dressing) or salted/peppered and o carb mayo fresh tomatoes or boiled baby bok choy/spaghetti squash on a chicken broth.

I have been low carbing and loving it for over 4 years. When I began low carbing I made eggs that were scrambled with cheese and zuchini or asparagus. I had some kind of breakfast meat with it.

Lunch would be a salad of romaine lettuce turkey, cheese, cukes, tomaotes, hard cooked eggs and blue cheese dressing.

Dinner could be shrimp in cream sauce on spinach brocolli or asparagus, depending on what vegetables I have in the fridge.

Yesterday I made a breakfast cereal of chopped pecans, flax and strawberries with a little half and half.

I love chicken fetuccini made with shirataki noodles.

Lamb and cabbage. Let your imagination carry you away.
