i jsut had the flu and i threw up many of times. I strainedpretty hard while hurling and i guess popped all the blood vessels in my face, mostly around my eyes. I was wondering if there was any cure to making these tiny dots go away cause i wrok tomorrow at 4.

Unfortunately, if you have actually ruptured the tiny capillaries, there is no instant cure. The body will have to reabsorb the blood in it's own good time. You can try some of the eye drops sold in the pharmacy for red eyes, which may help take out some of the redness, but tiny spots in the white part of the eye will just have to fade on their own. If anyone asks, just explain you were ill. It happens, and sensible people realize that.

just takes time. if you're having vision problems, go see a doctor, but otherwise there is not really much you can do.
