"Tu tiempo y esfuerzo es algo que te agradesco y aprecio grandemente." This is the correct form to say what you want in Spanish.

If you use the voice "su" is too personal for a person you are in love with. "Su" is used with people you don't know and/or you have to treat them in a formal way, for example with your boss, if you say to him "Thanks for your time" the formal way in Spanish would be "Gracias por su tiempo" Did you see how to use the formal way in Spanish. Don't use formal words as "usted" verle", etc those words are too formal for two people who love each other.
