Ive moved to another department so i dnt see the guy i like anymore..We used to check eachother out but it never led to anything,he always just starred @me..I miss him like crazee but why should i make the first move?Hes a white guy,im indian is that the reason why he hasnt ask me out?Should i 4get bout it?

Isn't there a common area you still both visit???e.g. staff canteen ???
Also, watch out! He may be married/with someone and just enjoying "looking" ,men like that, think that if they can get you to come on to them, then it's not "their fault" if they're unfaithful!
Still, we don't know any of this , think you are doing right by hanging back, let him chase you........( but still you can set things up to be in the same place if you like!)
