Try just a light little backcombing (teasing) on the underneath of your bangs. Just the slights little bit will hold them together.
If you think he backcombing is too much, rather than using a comb to do it use your fingers by placing your hair you want to stay together between your thumb and forefinger - hold the hair ends with the other hand fingers. Slid the thumb and forefinger up and down in a teasing motion and it should hold very lightly.

Keep them clean (free from oil), tease them a little, use a curling iron for just a second and spray.
If your hair is fine and straight, you may need a body wave.

Use a pomade/ hair spray combination, and use a boar brush to comb them into place. This will work...guaranteed:)
Tigi Bedhead makes the best pomade.
