Hi, over the past 2 months i've been experiencing terrible stomach pain and the only relief i have is lying down for about 45 mins until it calms down. I've taken an ultrasound and blood test but all results have come back negative...also my doctor said i may have an ulcer however i don't have any symptoms of an ulcer such as vomiting, blood..etc
My stomach seems to only hurt whenever I'm eating a meal and it forces me to stop because of the pain. Another thing is that i don't believe it is related to gas because I've already taken stuff like "ENO" and the pain hasn't stopped nor is it stress because personally i dont have much to worry about.I dont have any history of health problems,i'm in very good shape and i'm 15 years old, also it feels as if i have a shortage of breath because if i try n play a sport i cant run as much as i usally would....what could be wrong??

You actually do have symptoms of an ulcer, perhaps a duodenal ulcer. Your shortage of breath could be the result of asthma.

Keep in mind that everyone with an ulcer does not have all the medical symptoms. You may have a peptic ulcer.

What you need is a complete workup at the physician's office. Best wishes.

If your doctor says that it's an ulcer, then you should listen. It is possible to have some but not all symptoms. If however, you don't feel like you agree with your doctor's assesment, you should seek a second opinion. It would be hard to make any further diognosis without further tests.

Im not positive, but it sounds like gall bladder . If you dont know what that is it has to do with fatty foods .When you eat fatty food ,does it start to hurt? I had this happen to me and it really scared me. i thought i was having a heart attack. I didnt even know what a gall bladder was. If it is that it can be taken care of with meds and diet, or in severe cases ,surgically removed. You said you have seen a doctor ,so its funny they havent found anything, Well good luck i definetley understand. It does sound like an ulcer or gallstones, like the other answer said. You don't need to vomit for it to be an ulcer. I don't know why everyone thinks that. I think they've been watching too much Dumb & Dumber.
