I realize that rashes sometimes accompany a virus; however, I get this rash everytime I get sick. It is just a red color and I get goosebumps and chills and a very pricky burning sensation. It usually lasts around a week. It is very uncomfortable. I have been to a few doctors who only tell me that sometimes rashes accompany a virus, but I get the same rash every time I get sick! Is there anything I can Do!?

Have you had German Measles? That is something you can get over and over again. Does the rash look dry and flaky, if so it is possible that it's Shingles. The doctor can do some blood work and find out the real culprit, but you are the one that will have to tell him/her to do the blood work. I'm really surprised that a doctor hasn't already done that. I hope this helps you to stand up and tell a doctor to run the blood work, and it would be a real zinger if you could go to the doctor while the rash is going on. Janet

Does the rash on her backside appear as if a burn or a pimply rash? if so then he might have a yeast an infection which might require a prescription for Nystatin ointment. If no longer then the final element i found become to apply Johnson's Diaper Cream. That worked ultimate for me. Destitin, Balmex, A&D did no longer something for my infants. you ought to mixture A&D with some Calmoseptine ointment, make a paste, and word that to the diaper section however. the aggregate works properly. I found out that throughout a nursing abode.

Youir doctor(s) probably right. If you wan tot relieve the irritation, soak in a warm bath. At oatmeal to it too if there's any itching or burning. Don't worry, it probably isn't a big deal (maybe to you, but not medically). Just use antibacterial soap, and put Neosporin on it to relieve it. It may even make it go away faster. Good luck.

No, there's nothing you can do. Some people get a viral rash and some don't. There is no explanation for it. It comes and then disappears in a few days. Usually there is no discomfort.

That almost sounds like hives, an allergic reaction. Have you checked to see what your allergies are?
