There were many manufacturers of bolt action shotguns throughout the years, so you haven't included enough info to identify your's. Bolt action was never a very popular option for a shotgun, though, so with a little luck you'll be able to track down an answer. I'm including two links below, ... if you search through shotgun catagories and try to narrow the search to bolt action, you should be able to find quite a few for sale as references. Get out the magnifying glass and go over the barrel and receiver well.
I have never seen a modern shotgun....and what you are describing is a modern shotgun....without makers marks and models, etc. Some will not have serial numbers, but I guarantee there are some marking there somewhere. You may need to remove the wood.

Your looking for an old stevens i had a worn out one 45 years ago shotgun news or ebay maybe cant help with the price sorry

Mossberg used to make a 16 gauge like you described. Look for a used one. It should not be high dollar.

I have to agree with Dj on this one, take his advice.
If you can not find anty markings then carefully remove the wood from the barrels.

Need more info......

Check the gun, it should have some kind of identification marking on it somewhere.
