Nope....one-half inch per month....six inches per year...
that's all you're gonna get.

Go ahead, massage away...
the growth rate is in your genes, not in that bottle or tube.

massaging you scalp is good cuz that will bring the blood to it, don't wash it more cuz that will damage you hair even more, soap wont make your hair grow. If you don't want to spend alot of money. There are some small things you can do. Buy an aloe plant cut the skin off and put it in the blender until it is all juice, put that on your scalp for about a half an hour before you take a shower and that will help. Also where your hair tight during the day like in a pony tail or something pulled back tight, when you come home at night massage your head really good and this will help it grow fast. If you want to use product write me and I will let you know some good ones. Sorry so long.

Hair is dead once it leaves your scalp, so nothing that you put on your hair will make it grow faster. You need to work from the inside by making sure you eat a balanced diet - taking a multivitamin can help (especially the pre-natal ones - no, they won't make you get pregnant). Massaging your scalp can also increase blood flow which is good.

The rate that your hair grows is determined by genetics and the average rate is half an inch per month, but you can maximise your genetic hair-growing potential by eating right and being nice to your hair.

Washing your hair too often strips all the good oils out of your hair which means that it is more prone to breakage at the bottom ends, so it can break faster than it grows from your scalp. Not washing you hair is actually good for it!

massaging your scalp really works, also condition it alot because damaged hair breaks too much.
