He is smart enough to realize that he is not the smartest guy in the world but employs people smart enough to make humanity better by reaching for the stars.
Hockey is a great analogy here. No one star player can win games. However, a good captain that can organize the star players is one that can make things happen.
Google is doing exactly that. They employ great people, but the real stars are the ones that can get the appropriate smart minds together. The greatness of one is defined by many!

I know a whole lot of stuff about a whole lot of different things and have an IQ of 144. I'm plenty smart. However I don't know jack sh*t about a whole lot of other stuff. Therefore, no one can be THE smartest person. It all depends on what subject you're talking about.

I know who thinks he is by making laws in secret that detract our rights while changing usual laws to give him more power, replacing those in position with his groupies to enable his plans in the future, giving himself authority over military over each states rights, creating a hostile atmosphere thinking the 700+ bases US now has can handle it and taking control(his fav word) of the Internet. (9.11 another whole world)
