Any department store or a Lady Footlocker! I just went shopping today for some activewear and Dillards, Macy's, and Lady Footlocker all have cute short shorts!

Who wears short shorts? You wear short shorts. Ok, now that that annoying song is in my head...lol. You can go to any sporting goods store like Dick's and get them. I got some cheap ones in Target.
