Neither. The human race will be killed off by people that think they are acting on the behalf of their god.

It'll happen at roughly the same time.

Divine revelation, spiritual knowledge, ancience wisdom, whatever you want to call it, has been around for 3,000-5,000 years. There has been a lot of wise and enlightened men throughout history, and more so since the dawning of Jesus and others. So realistically, when will we arrive on other planets? Considering in the eighties we all thought we would be driving flying cars by now, I'd say around 2100 as a rough estimate.

So, in 90 or so odd years, do you think people will have figured out enlightenment, god theory, soul realization by then? Eh, probably not.

Okay I change my answer to the colonization of other planets.

Jesus setting up planets on other colonies...sorry I couldn't stop myself lol. Seriously though, probably Jesus will come back first and I'm not religious but I just have that opinion :)

Mankind setting up colonies since raising the dead can not happen. Of course there is the possibility that they may find his grave and get some DNA and clone him if that is the case
then I would say Jesus coming back. However once he is back you will find he was just a man.

Jesus coming back

well the bible hints that revelation is near on 7/7/07 and we're already trying to look for planets that are live-able. but i think by the time we find the right planet, it'll be at least a decade or so later. so if revelation is really going to happen this july, then yeah, jesus is going to come back before mankind settles on other planets.

Colonies on other planets - which is something we should have started looking into three decades ago.

Jesus coming back. There are no inhabitable planets in the universe other than the one we live on and that should tell you a whole lot of things about God right there!

Hell, we're too busy profiteering and killing each other to be setting up colonies on Mars, so I'm gonna lock in (B) and get my $1 million.

(Well, the human race might have colonies on Mars already, but I'm no UFO/Area 51 nut).

maybe jesus will return from the future via spaceship from the colony he has been living on for the past 2,000years because time isn't linear and remember he ascended back then.
