I am doing a project on surrogate mothering and i would like to know your opinion...are the laws regarding surrogate mothering universal? should they be universal? How do they differ? What do you think should be implemented as part of the law? What do you think is redundant in terms of the law?
You dont have to answer all these questions...they are just there to help you...give your honest opinion whether positive or negative.thanks..

To what extent ? Zero . . .
Laws are made by countries and states and
Are NOT universal across all the US states .
Other countries would be an entirely different ball game.
Try Googling different countries and surrogate mothers.
Probably do not even exist in 1/2 the countries on the planet !
