I have never heard of that! I've known alot of people with them, and they never had a fever. If you have a bad headache with a fever, it may be you're sick from a multitude of virueses, or even sinus headache, and got a migraine to boot.

Every one is different. My son takes a herb called, feverfew
takes 1 every morning, first thing as soon as he gets up and it prevents his migraines. He has never had a migraine since he started taking feverfew herb. You can find it in a health food store. Ask someone to help you find it, or you can order it at the health food store if they don't carry it.
It really works.
