I am currently going to a community college, this is my last semester! I planned to major in accounting but now i changed my mind and I want to be an architect, I am almost done with my General Education and want to transfer in the fall. Did I even need to have my General Education to transfer to a architectural school, how many more years will it take me?

You are likely going to be transferring to 4 year College or University, whether it is for Accounting or Architecture degree programs, and if you are just getting a General Education degree from a community college the credits should transfer in. Just contact the Admissions office of the school you are seeking admission to and they can tell you which of your courses will transfer and which won't.

As to how long it will take you to graduate, that is going to be a combination of how many of your Comm College hours are accepted at the school you transfer to. Also, it will depend upon how many semester hours are required to complete the degree and how many hours you take each semester. For example, say a degree requires 120 hours and you take 12 hours per semester it will take you five years to graduate. Take 15 hours per semester and it will take you four years. You need to take the number of hours the program you are admitted to requires, back out your hours that transfer in and then divide by the number of hours you plan to take each semester to have an idea how long you will need.

Best of luck to you!!
