Hey, if your young then there is no need to rush as losing weight and keeping it off is a lifestyle change. Firstly u need to cut the friends who call you fat they aint friends if they hurt your feelings. Then cut out the junk food and concentrate on a healthier diet and perhaps try diet soda before trying to cut it out altogether and stick with water and by the sounds you are pretty active anyway but just make sure that you do at least 30 mins cardio a day any extra is a bonus. Goodluck

try diet cokes. atleast you'll cut back on the calories, then try switching to other drinks. I LOOOVE crystal light. Also- diet pills dont work. I've tried both Trimpspa and another one but i cant remember the name. If you exercise, drink lots of water, and eat about 800 calories a day of GOOD food, you'll lose weight. Plus guys tend to lose weight faster than women, so you might find that you may be able to eat a few more calories.

Weight loss pills MIGHT help. But aside from their "yoyo" effect, they are pretty expensive.

You are correct about reducing soda intake. But it would be better if you TOTALLY avoid sodas. They are high in sugar, therefore high in calories which turn into FAT inside the body if not burned properly.

If would be good if you ask yourself: "Am i really serious in wanting to lose weight? What are my reasons? Do i want to be healthy or/& just want to look great?, What is my target weight?" Your answers to these questions will guide you & determine how fast & easy(just as you said) you'll lose weight.

The natural way to lose weight would be best-- eating healthy & exercise; NO SIDE EFFECTS & it's also less expensive than taking quick fixes like weight loss pills.

Any exercise or sport would definitely help you attain your goal. Exercise burns calories (& therefore fat) in the body, improves blood circulation & increases body metabolism. All these means a healthier & better-shaped body. Swimming & basketball are good sports, but i suggest you think of a sport or exercise which you could do regularly, like 3-5 times a week. Do note that you don't need to vigorous exercises to see improvements in your body. You can do gym exercises (gym equipments like treadmill, stairclimber & the machines, barbells or dumbells) 30-60minutes per day, 3-5times a week. If you want more, you can supplement your exercises with sports. The key is, the more you exercise or play (a sport), the greater positive effect it has to your body, the faster you reach your goal.

As to healthy foods, you can't go wrong with herbs, fish, fruits & vegetables. As much as possible, try eating fruits & veggies daily & substitute them for those unhealthy snacks that you eat. try to avoid sweet, salty, oily, fatty, spicy & junk foods, soda etc.All these move you away from your goal of losing weight.

Remember, those tips mentioned above are not only for achieving a great body you've always wanted.More importantly, it's for overall body health.

Be committed to your goal & Good luck!

To prevent from becoming obese (like the rest of the American public), please control your weight and keep excersizing. However, if you feel like you need to lose weight and diet, I hope this helps:

First and Best Way: Excersize!!!!!!!!!!! You need to excersize atleast 1 hour a day and I would say Running/Jogging is the best way to go about it. But personally, I hate that so I do jumping jacks, skip rope, rollerskate, and run up-and-down my stairs. Any type of rigorous, systematic movement can be considered excersize

Second Way: Reduce your intake of highly saturated fats! Stop eating those artery-clogging french fries, chicken wings, etc. It's okay to eat them once a week but don't pig out on them. If you normally order a Large Fries, then order Medium one next time.

Third Way: Reduce your intake of Meat Products. That way, you save animals and help benefit your health. It's true that meat has protein and iron, but you can get iron supplements and protein from vegeterian food. I'm not saying you should have a vegeterian diet from now on (even tho I am a vegeterian); I'm just saying you should reduce your intake of meat. So if you eat meat everyday, cut it down to three days a week.

Fourth Way: Eat your fruits and vegetables. I eat three fruits and three vegetables everyday and I think that has worked for me pretty well (I'm 100 pounds ..n no I'm not anoerexic (did I spell that right?)) Anyways, urge your parents to buy more fruit and veggies and include them in your dinner. Even if you don't want to eat as many fruits and veggies as I do, you should atleast have two fruits and two veggies in your diet EACH day. There is good vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, water, and other stuff in there that helps you lose weight.

Fifth Way: Water is a natural appetite suppressant, so developing a good water drinking habit can be a long-term aid in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. Doctor F. Batmanghelidj MD, author of "Your Body's Many Cries For Water" says most times your “hunger” is your body asking for water – not food. It's also important to remember that when the body is dehydrated, fat cells get "rubbery" and cannot be easily metabolized. This means that it's harder to lose when you don't drink your water.

Sixth Way: Drink lukewarm water with two table spoons of honey daily

Seventh Way: One-Two table spoons of vinegar

Anyways, those were a few options that you can try simultaneously (which is what I recommend) or one-by-one. You take care of urself and good luck with that!

oh and that crazy girl right above me who said eat less than 300 calories a day is insane..dont you EVER do that, alright? that's very hazardous for your body and you may have to make an emergency visit to the hospital if you try that ..the best diet is the one that you take slowly and cautiously..not quickly and rashly ..so yeah..you gotta have 2000 calories but make sure they're not calories from snacks and especially not sodas..replace your sodas with water..i have this 64 ounce gallon-type water bottle that i carry with me to school and my goal for the day is to drink that water..and i think it has worked fine till now..it's even a little exciting when at the end of the day you look at the bottle and it's empty..you feel accomplished and you get a warm fuzzy feeling hehe ..try that :)

oh and they're prolly calling you fatty because they need to fatten up their low self esteem and boost their confidence..i'm sure you're not tht bad :)

Hey man a few things. You need to stop drinking soda pretty much all together, and all juices. Weight loss pills wont do anything unless you diet is spot on. If it is spot on than you wont need them anyways so they are a huge waist of money. What you need to do is get a gym membership and do 30-60 mins of cardio everyday except saturday and sunday. Thats just the begining if you want to hear the rest and are serious ill take the time to type it out for you if you e mail me with your e mail. Or you can go to these forums and research it yourself.

Since cellulite is a structural issue (muscle) it can be fixed with simple and unique body movements which target the cellulite areas. These types of moves can be followed by any woman, regardless of her age or fitness level. And it doesn?t matter if the cellulite started in the early teen years, or after pregnancy, or after menopause, it?s still a structural issue that results from soft, un-toned muscles underneath the saggy, dimpled, shadowy skin. As a medical researcher I don't really recommend phony lotions, painful treatments, crazy skin-brushing, useless body-wrapping or toxin-Flushing pill-scams. Check out this site if you want to know more about how to treat cellulite http://nocellulite.toptips.org

Lunch:
Epherdrine

Dinner:
Kraft Dinner

you can also throw some ramen noodles in there. only buy food that is under 5 dollars. junk food is okay just remember your CAFFINE. get at least 3 hours of sleep each night. depression helps as well.

not very healthy, but it works! (i'm anemic, by the by.)

Always bring snacks on the road to avoid having to hit convenience stores, fast-food chains, or airport food courts.

Salt causes bloating and butter is high in calories, so flavor pasta, cereal, meat, and stews with fresh new herbs, garlic, and onions as a substitute.
