I guess if I could answer that I wouldnt be in such a situation right now =/
I guess being in love is more actions than words
And you do whatever you can do in hopes of making that person happy, even at your own expense, because their smile is more important than yourself
And you just seem to forgive whatever they do, and you know nothing they could do would make your feelings any weaker...
So basically youre putting that person in control of your happiness, whether they like you back or not
But you gotta find your own definition, cause love is really strange =]

LOVE is a verb. U either do or you don't. This is a cop out for those who want to justify their reason for leaving someone. The bottom line is you love family, friends and lovers. However, you love them differently. For example, you love someone as a partner, as a real close friend, as a lover, etc. So, don't be fooled by "I love you, but I'm not in love with you." Bull! just say you don't love them that way or as a partner or blah, blah, blah.

Being in love means that you want a person to be more than a friend to you. You make those goo goo eyes at each other and laugh. And it also means that you've had more than a one night stand between the two of you.

uhm.
when you are in love or you love a person, you think about that person a lot, it makes you smile when you remember things he/she has done but best of all, you can except things you never wanted to or deal with.
being involved... uhmmm... how do u say that?
....
caring for each other and working with each other. it gotta be 2 people to be involved that are in love or at least care for each other. if you want to get involved, you want to make things work or have something within you2 (=

i think that everyone has a different definition and perspective of what love is.
i can't define it, but i can tell some examples.
love is....
i hate onions, i go to the supermarket and come out with bags of onions products, onions noodles, onions cookies, etc... coz my bf loves onions.
love is.....
when im not sleepy, but i'd just go to bed with him, i feel comfortable having him next to me, and knowing that he has fallen asleep.
love is......
when i dont want to spend money on my own clothing, but i think of him whenever i go shopping, and buy him many things.
love is......
even he snores, u think he's just so lovely......
and much more
for being love... i really dont know...
i dont feel be loved right now, coz he broke up with me 3 weeks ago :'( :'( :'( :'(

some says that love is stupid.. maybe yes because we are all stupid when it comes to love.. we do things that are beyond our control.. and when were broken hearted.. we end up blaming ourselves because of loving him/her more than anything.. you're inlove when you are ready to sacrifice everything..
well.. i dont believe in happy ending.. because true love never ends..

To me, when you can except some despite their short comings, and look past them, that's love, no matter how annoying they are when they eat or doing their daily routines

my definition of love is when you feel completely comfortable, are fully supported, are challenged when they disagree with you but respect your opinions, and are cared for and always looked out for.
