What do you mean by US Permanent Resident card holder??? Green Card?? or US citizen??

US citizens do not need visas in these three countries (neither in Switzerland) Just an up to date passport.

If you have a Green card, well, it just depends which country you are citizen from.and chances you may need a visa.
Just check with the consulats of the countries you want to visit

Yes, being a landed immigrant works only for Canada, it doesnt change your nationality. So if your passport of your country of origin is one that requires a visa for New Zealand then you'll have to get one. The difference is that on the way back you just present your PR card to Canadian Authorities and you'll be good with that.
