I am overweight and have been walking everday for exercise... For a few weeks now... I can see where I am losing weight and feeling MUCH Better But My inner thighs are flabby.... Not bad, but bad enough to where i am worried as I lose more weight they will not shrink along with the rest of me.... Are their any additional exercises I can do to help with this so I will not have loose skin????????

Almost all thigh exercises affect the inner thigh. You can supplement them with eating healthy foods & lean meat. Meat builds muscle. More muscle, less fat& less flabs.. so you get firmer thighs. Same goes with the arms: firmer tricep muscles, no-more flabby arms.

Remember, to lose weight, you got to cut down on calories(from sweet, oily, fatty, junk foods) but increase your muscle (through lean meat, fish, chicken, protein drinks). Eating healthy & exercise will always help.

Good luck!

you're going to have loose skin if you're overweight and you lose it in a relatively short amount of time. there's really nothing you can do exercise wise but there are firming lotions out there and you get what you pay for. i hate it when people say 'you cant spot reduce' well guess what, you can. lay on your back with your legs up and your heels together- like you're sitting indian style and then you fell on your back- and just bring your knees together and apart- keeping your heels together. you really feel it! another thing is squats. they're harder, but they help with butt and thighs. also, lay on your right side with your head and shoulders up supported by your palm, left hand out on the ground in front of you, left leg bent, and straighten your right leg out in front of you and lift it up and down slowly. that kinda makes sense but if you get it, it's hard and it works those inner thighs!
