Is their a perm that can make a white persons hair like a blacks?

i don't think so but, you could get a tight curl...they use the smallest rollers and the tightest curls that i can think of. i have naturally curly hair but i use products for black hair !i'm white)...it just depends on your hair type as to what you should use. i'm sure there is a way you can acneive this look. you may need to call around to different salons and see what they think. good luck!

No, but there is a way where a white person can get dreads, you will have to ask a hair salon for that.
