Brush teeth regularly (the correct way!) ask your dentist how to brush your teeth correctly. Not just up and down motion, but also in circles.

Use antibacterial mouthwash such as Listerine.

Floss every day (ask the dentist about the correct way to do this)

See your dentist TWICE a year for a cleaning.

Avoid soda (which corrodes your teeth and causes cavities).

Avoid candies. And if you do eat sweet stuff, brush immediately after to get rid of the leftover sugar in your mouth which causes cavities...particularly if the sugar sits in your mouth all night while you sleep.

I have braces, so i'd say brush and floss twice daily, i found that the most effective tooth pastes are probley Dentitex and colgate, And use mouthwash, i would also say go and see ur dentist regularly and get ur teeth cleaned professionaly probley once every 2 months. I have never had a cavitie so if u do these things u probly won't get one!

Other than the obvious brushing flossing and mouthwash you can get a type of covering (ask your dentist) that acts almost as a sealant for your teeth
