It depends on where the brain tumor is located. I know someone who has a frontal lobe brain tumor and the symptoms they went to the emergency room with were intense headaches not relieved by pain meds, dizziness, and vertigo. The doctors did an MRI and found it.
If you or someone you know suspects having a brain tumor, get it checked out immediately at the hospital. If you wait, it can cause you to have a stroke or seizure and die.

depends on the type of tumor,where it is arising from,its extent .usual presentation includes-headache not going by rest ,regular analgesics,giddiness,throwing a fit,vomiting,blurring of images.sometimes headache may be mistaken for migraine.consult a neurologist/neurosurgeon if above complaints are present.
