That doesn't even make sense. If they had a second tier for foreign cars for the championship, then the foreign cars wouldn't be racing with the domestic cars in the first place.

No. If the foreign car companies want to race, they have to compete against everyone else. Its a championship and it's the best of the best. It's not like F-1 or NHRA or IHRA splits anything up for domestic and foreign cars.

NO. Absolutely not. Since most foreign cars don't have V8's including Toyota Camry's what would they use.....V6'S? It would seem weird to run 358 cubic inches in a foreign car series and even weirder to run a foreign car series in the "National Association of ..............

So no, somebody else can start that series or a whole new organization.

No, Otherwise that would defeat the purpose of a championship. Like putting the Yankees and the Redsox in their own division for the championship, then everyone else playing for runners-up

That would be for Toyota now, at least they would have more than one car in the field. However there can be only one champion on the Cup level otherwise it would demean everyone involved.

Not a good idea.It could merit a look but bottom line it would not allow honest competition among the manufactures.
Thats all I have to say about that.
