What do guys look for in a girl?

Yes. Here are a few general ones I look for . . . any girl who has all of them is almost certainly going to get me interested:

1) She has to like me and respect me.
2) She can't be a beast . . . which means she's got to be at a healthy weight and have no shocking or debilitating physical deformities. I might, maybe, in some unlikely scenario, make an exception for a girl who was not deformed from birth but was somehow injured.
3) I prefer girls who are shorter than me. Don't worry about this one . . . there isn't anything you can do about it.
4) Non-smoker, light- or non-drinker.
5) Kind.
6) Optimistic.
7) Generous.
8) Not a total idiot.
9) Is not too athletic. Sure, I like girls who are in shape . . . but some girls are naturally masculine and it's really creepy. Those girls usually tend to enjoy sports way too much. Not only that, but girls who are more athletic than me make me feel weak.
10) No children! I will not consider dating a woman with children until I'm much older (think about 35). The only time I think I would be inclined to make an exception is if the woman is a widow. And then, I'd have to think hard about it because it's difficult not to feel like you're being used when you get put in that situation.

This is different for each man because all men are different. But generally, the only thing a man looks in a girl is to have sex. This is an instinct and we can not control this. We are not really different from dogs, pigs, horses or other animals. Some girls are so beautyfull and make us men be crazy and feel so attracted for you girls even you do not realize about this. There are some men than look for position, other want to get money from girls or cause damaged to someone. In my opinion the most honest love is the first sight love. I think the only qualitie a girl needs to have is being beautiful but beauty is a very complex topic cause beauty means different things for different men fortunately.

It all depends on the guy...Most guys will probably say the combination of looks and personality is important. As for me, I look for someone that matches my lifestyle, yet her own lifestyle may be different and compliments my own. I look for someone I can learn from and someone who would want to learn from me. Having common religious background is also a plus. I also look for a female that understands her role as a supporter, best friend, comforter, motivator, mother-type advisor if neccesary(rarely) and can truly trust me and my judgement. But moreso, i look for a girl that wants to go where i want to go in life.

Witty, funny, semi attractive, brunette, not bitchy or demanding, fun and outgoing. I would rather date an average girl with a fun personality than date an arm trophy with no personality who is not a nice person.

all guys are different put i think as long as you are yourself and he likes you there is nothing to change,so i say be truthful and don't hide who you are.
and on a personal not i think all guys like a lady in public and a freak in the bed room a good combo. and trust me even when girls act like little tramps when they are out and it gets them tons of attention,no guy worth having wants a girl like that .

yup, evidently you hafta be completely independent, as in dont bother them EVER, pay all of the bills, take care of the house and kids, including- but not limited to- taking to and from daycare, grocery store, appointments (even those they arent required to attend), school activities, etc... all around working full time. never bother him about hanging out w/ his friends or family, but never expect him to do the same.

What guys look for is usually not all that important. It is what they find that matters and you've got what you've got. So if you want them to look, don't worry they already are. And if you want them to approach you, smile and be friendly. And if you want one to love you, then find situations where you can be yourself and express it.
