my little dog coco, whenever she feels sick she goes and hides away, like under the table or anywhere we can't see her??? please help

i'd say instinct. in the wild, sick or injured animals are weak and can't defend themselves so are more likely to "hide"

just some quit time so she can rest to get better if shes sick to long take her to the vet
i know i hide and stay in bed with my huskys if im sick

its normal behavior. Their position in the pack depends on how dominate they are to other pack members and they would get challanged if they are sick.
It will find someplace that is comfortable and safe from attack.
You can teach her that her bed is a safe place by leaving her alone when shes on her bed.

Animals tend to be more human like than most people realize.
When most people are sick they get irritable,snappy and just want to be left alone to "lick their wounds". . . animals are no different and might be smarter than humans in the regards they already know they could be a "threat" to others with their irritable and snippy behavior and therefore they just want to get away from those they might snip at.
