any sort of depression can be tide over by faith in GOD and sincere prayer.

Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation

Why would you even think this? Emotions are regulated by the brain, and by hormones. Someone with a heart related disability could be depressed because of their limitations, but they would have been emotionally just as strong before. Also, stress and depression and some of the psychiatric drugs (neuroleptics-not antidepressents) can cause heart damage over the years. So there is truth the OTHER way, people who have more stable, positive emotions (and good social networks, especially) are more likely to have physically strong hearts.

What does the strength of your heart "muscle" have to do with your emotions, when our emotions comes from the brain? The heart is just a muscle. I've seen people with serious heart conditions, that was strong emotionally. How old did you say you were?

No. I have strong calf muscles and that makes me psychically stronger, but the heart is a silly place for emotions. Emotions reside in the skin.

Not necessarily, i have a great fitness & physical constitution, however i wish the same could be said for my emotional strength, that swings like my moods. In my case no.

I think they would be able to withstand more adversity. This feeds on itself and they get stronger and stronger.
