Because ignorance only leads to stereotyping, I don't believe I'm boring just because I don't go to bars ,do drugs, or act like something I'm not. Besides been there done that, it wasn't all that.

Because they are too narrow minded to see that you can be a Christian and have a good time without sinning. Not to say I don't sin because I do. But some of my best times are spent with the youth group I help lead. You can even find Christian music that ROCKS!!! I know it sounds hard to believe, I didn't think it was possible till I started listening to it. Try listening to Casting Crowns, David Crowder or Kutless and tell me they don't rock! Christians are no more boring than anyone else.

A lot of Christians are boring, but so are atheists if they are as nerdy as they claim to be.

I can at least raise an eyebrow with some of the zany, perhaps true things I get from the Bible. Any one for a Genetic Engineering, underground oceans, fallen angels masquerading as aliens, or space station New Jerusalem discussion?

Because they are bigots in their heart and have never bothered to get to know anyone of different beliefs then them, so they don't know any better.

For proof, note all those that immediately use this question as a chance to bash Christians. Most of them assume things that are not true about us and have never bothered to actually talk to any of us to discover the truths for themselves. They assume they know because of a few bad behaving Christians. It's no different from someone that finds out a black man they know is a crook and then assumes all black people are crooks. It's stereotyping. It's bigotry. Both are bad. And there are many Christians just as guilty of doing this to others as there are those that do it to Christians.

A lot of people think the Bible, and God, just tell us we can't do this or that. So they think there is nothing 'fun' about being Christian.

Fun for them is something the Bible says is a no-no. What they don't know is that the only things God tells us not to do are actually to save us from misery. Wish I had paid attention long ago.

christianity is a religion that can't really be, i believe and set it aside type of thing... it requires people to stop the stupid crap they are doing(even though they know its wrong) and do what is right. people dont want to do this, so instead of face reality they stereotype christians as boring, stuck up people.......... as you can tell i really dont feel the same, i have had more fun at church then anywhere else........(and no i was not taking notes and reading the bible only)

Cus Christianity and the world don't mix...

Have you ever seen a Buddhist monk tail gating and chugging down a beer?

Which question do you want answered? One at a time please.

# 1) Christians are boring because they keep repeating the same CRAP again and again.... "You must be saved" "Have you been saved?" "God is fantastic.." (that one is my favorite - god certainly is fantastic - unbelievable, too).... etc. and I'll be happy to say an "A-effin-men" when they finally cut it out.

#2) I don't think that Christians are either of those things you've mentioned... perhaps it's a mistake on your part. What I think about Christians is that they're just flat out wrong in their opinions about the truth of our existence... We're not the products of god and we won't have any sort of existence beyond our death. Nuff said.

Christians are just stuck in their own little fantasy worlds, aren't they?.... Oh well.... Go figure....

I suppose some would think people like me are boring.
No matter, I choose to be a christian rather then follow the crowd.
