why do girls think i am stuck up?

i go to college i am 19, i am picky about the girls i date,When i walk down the hall of my school i dont really see the people i just smile wave sometimes i dont even look at anybody when i am walking down the hallways sometimes to tell u the truth. i mingle with everyone i talk to everyone i smile i invite people to parties tell them where things are going on and i invite them to my partys i think all my friends are attractive i am not a bad guy for crying out loud but girls think i am stuck up

maybe its bcuz:

(i) ur picky abt the girls u date
(why do I get the feeling that u think only some girls r gud enough for u...)

(when ur smiling or waving, its gota be directed at someone.. ^^" sorry, but I really can't picture someone walking down the hallway juz waving blindly.. )
when I'm happy, I smile while walking down the hallway too.. & I definitely wave to ppl I know..

I'm sure ur a nice person.. u sound like a great guy with an awesome personality.. inviting ppl to parties & all.. so maybe u shud juz pay more attention while walking down hallways & actually make eye-contact with ppl... (most ppl actually do like being noticed..)

If you're extra handsome most girls will think that you're stuck up.So be different than what they expect. Make a plan to talk to talk to at least 3 new girls per day whether they're cute of not.This will change the girls perceptions about you and make you seem like a swell guy.And for goodness sake don't tell any of the girls that you talk to that you're picky about who you date.That kind of talk spreads like wildfire among them, lol..Eventually you'll be known as "that really great guy"" instead of that really stuck up guy. I tell this kind of stuff to my son all the time.( He never listens by the way) He's really handsome and some girls think he's stuck up because he's too shy to talk to them.I tell him " Be friendly and talk to everyone".

Maybe you're not making eye contact with them and smiling in the hall ways gives them that impression.

It also may be the biproduct of one single girl that felt snubbed by you and now she has told her friends that you're stuck up. They would believe it, since she would be friends with them.
It might not be the whole school that thinks you're stuck up. Just a choice few.

Take heart in the fact that it would be impossible for all the girls to think that.

Just make more eye contact in the future and remember to smile!

Be picky, be very picky. If the girls you are meeting think you are stuck up then you need to meet other girls that are stuck up too.... Just because you are picky and consider yourself better then some of the girls that want you does not make it wrong... meet girls on the same level as you are....

youre not stuck up if the only reason is that you may not talk to people when you walk down the hall. you may just want to keep a smile on your face to everyone when you walk down the hall. it helps me. then people dont think i am mad at them when i really arent

Well..I don't know. There's a difference between confidence and cockiness. So, if you are treating women with respect and are a gentleman then there should not be a problem. Maybe, it's because you don't give anyone a chance. There's more to life than just looks.....

while WILL women GET IT INTO THEIR HEADS THAT men do in comparison to STICK women. in my opinion i do no longer think of that's a a techniques assessment, as Miranda Kerr's face is somewhat eye-catching. temporarily, i might say that's a pretend dichotomy: there is someplace between CURVY and STICK, you realize? That place is termed primary. And that place is the place ninety 9% of fellows like their women. purely. primary. no longer obese, no longer underweight. primary. skinny and curvy are captivating too, as long as they do no longer pass too a ordinary ordinary procedures to be the two fat or sticks.
