ive noticed for a while now... that when i breathe real deep or move a certain way, i get a pain just to the left of my right shoulderblade.

im not exactly sure what it is. i tried stretching, massaging it out, 'cracking' my back(cant do it, hurts too much)

its a constant pain ive had for... well... at least 7 months or so... but recently its gotten worse.

i also feel i cant breathe as well as i used to , but im not sure.

im 20yrs old, dont smoke, and in good shape. im not quite sure what it could be... any help?

If it hurts when you breathe then it could be pleurisy, yet it usually causes a sharp pain in between your ribs. But yours sounds more like muscular, or a nerve, I used to get the same pain in between my shoulder blades too, it was from my job I use to have. Typing and repetitive things using your hands and looking downward all day, ect.. can cause the pain in between your shoulder blades. But you should get it checked by a doctor, just in case. I had to have cortizone shots in mine to releive the pain for a while. Also, strange question to, do you clinch your jaws together? This will also cause the pain, don't ask how, I just know because I use to tense up in my jaw, and would get the pain in between my shoulder blade. The chiropractor also helped me a few times, but I had to tell him where exactly it was, and that one time he popped my back and it hurt worse, so he re-popped it and it was fine. Hope you get it figured out, I know how painful it can be..

You may have done something that has pinched off a nerve. It could be something as easy as that.
Go see your Dr just to be sure. It may be as easy as seeing a chiropractor!

It could be your gal bladder.
It could be infected and or have stones in it. And no, you arn't too young to have gal bladder problems

You need to see a doctor
