I just broke up with my GF and it ended very very badly. Now I feel guilty, embarrassed and sad. I feel like it was all my fault and I look like a jerk, plus I lost a great person forever. Plus since I'm in college I see things, people, music and places that remind me of her all the time. I don't know what to do... going crazy

Are you in love with this girl. Sounds like you are. You need to kiss and makeup if you are in love.... Show this girl you love her. LOVE HURTS......If she really loves you back she will understand.....Sometimes people do things with out thinking what the outcome is going to be like..... Good Luck.... on what ever you do..

What you are feeling is absolutely normal. It takes time to get over someone. You need to stay busy, and keep telling yourself that it is not the end of the world. The one thing you do not want to do is get another girl right away. You'll end up hurting yourself as well as her. In time, you will look back on this and wonder how you got through it.
Good luck pal, Oh. and stop blaming yourself about the break up. Even if it was your fault. If it was, learn from it and become a better person.

Breaking up with someone is never easy. But this take an opportunity to make yourself a better person. Reflect on the things that happend between you and your ex. From that take accounts of the mistakes that you did and learn from it. Start pampering yourself, make yourself busy and focus on the things that can make you a better person.

i'm sorry and not sorry at the same time.
i'm sorry for you losing a great person and i'm not sorry for you breaking someone's heart and being a jerk about it.

the best thing you can do is try to avoid anything that you know for a fact will remind you of her
or try hanging out with your friends more and going out more and try not to think about it so much

the best way... time heals all wounds. you just need to make time go faster. find someone or something to fill your time, have some fun and try not to feel too guilty. if you feel like apologizing would bring you closure, go ahead and write her a letter. you don't have to send it if you don't feel like it at the end of it but you may experience a catharsis.

Go and meet another girl right away. Yeah, yeah... you're on the rebound, but you'll feel better.
