Speaking from experiance i know your not gonna want to hear this but you have got to move on. if you know theres no hope or if she has moved on you cant sit around being depressed about it. i know this isnt the best answer but wouldnt you rather go out and TRY to move on and find someone new than keep wishing for something you know isnt gonna happen?? maybe youll come to like the single life. you never know until you give it a try. and if you dont and you are still depressed or if it gets worse maybe you should go to a professenial for help instead of yahoo but seriously you have got to move on which i know its hard to do (trust me been there done that) cause life is way to short.

any sort of depression can be tide over by faith in GOD and sincere prayer.
Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation

I hate to say this, but only YOU can help YOU! And if you can't, then you need help from a professional. IT is difficult to move on and and to "let go." But, people do it all the time, and usually find out that it is a blessing, and usually moves on and finds something better. You say you are seriously depressed, well in AA we say, "when we are sick and tired of being sick and tired" we do something about the problem. When you get tired of moaning and groaning over your loss, you will move on. It is nec. to grieve, but if it becomes a habit, and goes on and on, and you don't move on, then it is time to start helping yourself by getting counseling.

Get involved with some activities at your church, like a support group, or offer yourself to someone in need. Doing good for someone is a wonderful way to take you mind off of your problem and help them with theirs. Surround yourself with positive people that can help you to get over this slump that you are in.

Find one activity to occupy your time or go out and meet new people. Don't just sit and fret over it some remembering and pain is good if you don't remember it and how it feels you can't keep from repeating it.

The pain will lessen each day. Just try to maintain a regular schedule and concentrate on work, hobbies, or whatever interests you.
