No. The only thing not taking medicine does is keep you less likely to have a problem with one should you need it. Not taking medicine won't make you more immune to anything unless you add something to your diet and/or lifestyle that would build up your immune system.

By avoiding antibiotics, you can avoid creating resistant super bacteria. We deal with very few bacterial illnesses in this day and age though.

Avoiding all of the other medications out there (i.e 99% of medications) that are not antibiotics for bacterial diseases, does not make you more immune or less immune to anything.

It depends what medications and disease you are talking about! I don't think you should take any medications if you aren't sick... and if you aren't sick then I recommend taking a multivitamin (perferably one with iron if you're a menstrating woman)because they will help the most with immunity. Also theres nothing better than to take care of yourself, eating healthy vegetables and fruit, exercise daily, and don't work too hard. Make sure you're getting about 8 hours of sleep. All things in moderation will keep you healthy. :)

No. Certain vitamins can help ward off illness, like vitC is good for people who smoke, and helps keeps colds away, thiamine is good for the brain. I could keep going but the best thing is to visit your local health store for advice, be aware though that certain herbal remedy's do not always interact well with prescription medication.

Not sure I understand your question.

If you're sick and you're given an antibiotic but don't take it until it's completely gone, you'll create a "super bug" that won't react to most antibiotics.
