I have the little "pooch" like most women get. I have been trying to get rid of it and need some tips. Also any good leg exercises to thin out my thighs??

cardio (running, hiking etc) 30-50 min 4-5 times a week. when you lose - you cant choose from what part of your body.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

definitely crunches and a good 3 days of week cardio routine

Belly Fat = crunches or sit-ups

Thighs= treadmill or jogging

Do lots of situps and try taking a class. I like to run you should try it.
