First I love your name I'm a Shanna too.
my fav wedding pics are from my mom's wedding she had a rainbow of colour all pastel and bright . The girls all had the same dress but she let them pick the most colour for each of them. Which would work great because Hershey's puts out kisses with all different pastel coloured wrappers. You could also have any kind of flowers because it would just look fresh and Spring like. I got married New Years Eve and we did pastel blue and lettuce green(Alfred Angelo colour palette) I think if I could go back I would have added a pastel purple and maybe a light yellow(my daughter is beautiful in yellow.)

Well, it's really up to you - what colors you like and what you think looks good together. Also, a lot can be dependent upon if you are having a day or evening wedding.

I am the matron of honor for a wedding that is taking place in April and it is an evening wedding. The bride chose a really beautiful black chiffon (very flowy and yet dressy at the same time) dress for the bridesmaids. She chose black for one specific reason - she could choose any color flowers and they would not clash! For her bouquet as well as for the bridesmaids, she has chosen very simple bouquets of Gerber daisies (the very large, brightly colored daisies) and the stems of the flowers will be wrapped with sheer ribbons in coordinating colors. They are very, very simple, yet very elegant and they look absolutely fantastic against the black of the bridesmaid's dresses and are so vibrant against the white of her dress. I'm including a link to a picture of a bouquet that looks very similar to hers - just minus the vase!

Hope this helps and best of luck!!

For Spring people think pastels, those soft baby colors of pink, green, yellow, blue & lilac.
But you could also go with vibrant colors like the burst of Spring it is, after a winter's sleep.
No real deep or icy winter colors or fall colors like oranges, yellow golds, etc.

i like pink! I somewhat have been scuffling with my wedding ceremony colours as properly. i think of we've an identical physique of recommendations. If I help you, possibly you ought to help me! i think of military Blue is a brilliant determination for Black. that's very the element of them being on an identical element of the colour wheel. they're substitues for the different. for a nighttime wedding ceremony, your lighting fixtures will probable be dim (or an indoor wedding ceremony throughout the day), hence the version heavily isn't that important. i do no longer think of Black and pink seem much less costly in any respect. Nor vice versa. % despite you (and your fiance) come to a decision seems extra suitable on your style and this kind of your wedding ceremony. do no longer forget approximately your decorations and the colours already at your ceremony and reception web pages. this may lead on them to conflict. I additionally sense pastels can blend very exact with darker colours, if used interior the best hue. Which brings me to my question. What do you think of a pair of coloration palette of blues and pinks with a sprint of purple. as a replace of white; ivory and cream colorations, and fizz right here and there. I probable won't over do it on the version in colours, however the climate i'm making plans on being aside of my wedding ceremony incorporate all of those. Do you think of easy blue or probable a darker hue will mesh properly with pinks, creams, and a sprint of purple!?! Or have I over carried out it. (i do no longer plan on quite some distinctive factors which will conflict, purely organic ones. i assume the blues are lots extra in all probability to look interior the vegetation as accents.)

Light green (celadon, sage) and lilac.... You could use real lilacs in your flower arrangements, they smell wonderful. The bridesmaids dresses could be green (david's bridal has celadon i believe, which is gorgeous), and they could carry bouquets with lilacs mixed with some sort of a cream or white flower.
