Rule #1: do not eat any raw chicken!! It can contain a bacteria called samonella. Lots of raw fish are really good for you, and other fish products- like smoked salmon! Most raw vegetables are healthy and good for you too- be careful of Alph Alpha Sprouts- they can contain salmonella too so make sure that you purchase them from a reliable grocery store!
I enjoy rare steaks and certain other meats like tender duck, but always make sure they are really fresh and come from a credible supplier! Furthermore, if you like to fish or catch your own seafood (like shelfish, crabs, and certain others), always make sure that the area you are harvesting them from is safe from Red Tide- a deadly neuro toxin! If you enjoy sushi (I don't), that may be good for you too. Fresh uncooked salads with vinegar and red wine dressing are good too. What about a good drink to compliment your diet with- apple cider vinegar is said to be good with this kind of diet too. Remember the four food groups that your body needs- Bread & Cerials, Milk & Milk producst, Meat and Poultry, and Fruit and Vegitables.
To be safe, you may want to add a daily multi-vitamin to your diet.
