Without more details all I can say is communication. Talk to her, don't throw yourself out there thou. Don't just go up to her and ask "do you like me". No your best bet is to began talking with this lady and start to develop a relationship with her. Then you'll know your answer.

yeah, going to need a little more to go on. Does she look at you? Does she seem comfortable standing within skin contact distance? What sort of girl is she? withdrawn or flamboyant? What is she into? what do you have in common?
is she into other guys? The only way to know for sure is to ask if she would want to do anything with you in a casual kind of way like working on a project together. Get to know her if you can. If she acts like she doesn't want to do anything with you, you're probably out. Then try complimenting her. If she sighs and says, "Really?" it's a good sign. If she goes, "umm thanks" and doesn't want to make eye contact, then forget about her. The right one will just like you and you won't have to struggle.

You can never find out unless to start acting on your feelings. Find excuses to be with her, befriend all her friends. And go ahead to talk to her.

it never hurts to ask. find out if she likes you too. cause you really never know and then years down the road you may regret not asking her.

jus ask her out,if she accepts she must like u some.don,t be scared to ask cuz u can loose her if u wait.so giddy up and ask her out even if its to take a walk.
