Resolutions are hard to keep, my motto is not to make them at all. Instead, I find if you make regular commitments throughout your life and work on keeping those, you will be much more successful. One of the other answers said, tomorrow is a new day, that is such a great way to think about it. What you should try doing is working on a small commitment first, such as say putting your clothes away everyday, and then if you keep at it for 22 days, it will become a habit. Then you become successful at one thing, you can gradually increase your commitment levels.

Resolutions are inherent as a new year begins, and most are made to be broken. They're more like reminders.
Were you even willing to commit to those resolutions in the first place? If you really feel bad about it, start over again. You have the rest of the year to work on it.

Well, first of all, all is not lost, this IS only the beginning of March, it's not like it's December and you haven't even tried to follow up :) So don't beat yourself up or feel bad about it, it's ok, tomorrow is a new day.
I think first thing you need to do is now that it's been a few months since you made the resolutions, think about how realistic they are to begin with. At the beginning of the new year, we tend to make unrealistic resolutions that we can't follow through unless you're 100% committed and never have an "off" day. So think about how realistic they were, then think about how you can change them to be more realistic if needed.
Remember, we have to start with baby steps, so if your goal is, say lose 100 pounds before New Years, that could be realistic IF you lose 2 pounds a week on average, so break it up. I've followed weight watchers and I like how they do the 10% goals. Your first goal is to lose 10% of your body weight, so if your 300 pounds, first goal is to lose 30 pounds, which puts you at 270, your next goal is to lost 27 pounds, which puts you at 243 (now you've lost 57 pounds!), 3rd goal to lose 24 pounds, which puts you at 219, and 4th goal is 22 pounds, which puts you at 197. Now, you've lost a total of 103. But you have to take small steps to get there, if you try to change too much at once, you're basically setting yourself up to fail, so make realistic small changes. Start with an easy change, say, walk for 10 minutes a day, and gradually increase what you're changing.
At the same time, you can't deprive yourself, like if you like pizza, you can't say, I can't ever have pizza again b/c it's too fattening. Pizza can actually be good for you, IF you eat it in moderation. Plan ahead on the splurges like pizza and a burger or cookies, etc. If you tell yourself you can't ever have something, you body goes into rebel mode and you start to crave it and eventually binge on it and for every step you've taken forward, you've just taken a few back. That doesn't mean you can't get back on track if that happens, but it will take a more work, so you want to avoid that happening. If you start craving that pizza, but just had some cookies, don't tell yourself "no", but say to yourself "I'll have it on ___" and that way if you still crave it, you know when you can have it and help keep you motivated to stay on track.
I don't know what your goals are, but trying to just give you some ideas on how to get (back) on track. The main thing is, do not beat yourself up for not following through on the resolutions yet, there is plenty of time still. Good luck!

Set targets and try to achieve the same. Resolutions are means and not the ends.
