it has to wear off on it's own

you should always take medicine with water....orange juice with xanax and other citrus juices can intensify the affects. Were you prescribed the xanax or was it someone else's that you took for recreational purposes. You need to sleep it off....also, if you took any of the following meds with it that could have intensified the effects which is why you are feeling the way you do...

Xanax may intensify the effect of alcohol. Do not drink alcohol while taking this medication.

Never combine Xanax with Sporanox or Nizoral. These drugs cause a buildup of Xanax in the body.

If Xanax is taken with certain other drugs, the effects of either could be increased, decreased, or altered. It is important to check with your doctor before combining Xanax with the following:

Amiodarone (Cordarone)
Antihistamines such as Benadryl and Tavist
Carbamazepine (Tegretol)
Certain antibiotics such as Biaxin and erythromycin
Certain antidepressant drugs, including Elavil, Norpramin, and Tofranil
Cimetidine (Tagamet)
Cyclosporine (Neoral, Sandimmune)
Digoxin (Lanoxin)
Diltiazem (Cardizem)
Disulfiram (Antabuse)
Ergotamine
Fluoxetine (Prozac)
Fluvoxamine
Grapefruit juice
Isoniazid (Rifamate)
Major tranquilizers such as Mellaril and chlorpromazine
Nefazodone
Nicardipine (Cardene)
Nifedipine (Adalat, Procardia)
Oral contraceptives
Other central nervous system depressants such as Valium and Demerol
Paroxetine (Paxil)
Propoxyphene (Darvon)
Sertraline (Zoloft)

You are probably okay, since you took them on Friday and you are still alive. I haven't looked to see what a maximum dose per 24 hours is. Have you eaten much? If not, it would help to eat a fairly large meal. Maybe a baked potato and some meat. Bananas...good fiber. Orange juice is acid and isn't going to make you feel better. You could call the ER and ask those questions. Although they will probably just tell you to come in.

You're lucky that you didn't die from an overdose. What were you thinking!! Just read my PDR,and you are having all of the OD symptoms.Forget about going to work tomorrow period,it wouldn't be safe to attempt driving etc,not to mention what might happen at work,I think you will be still exhibiting symptoms, and you could be fired for showing up "stoned".Please stop doing such crazy stuff, its dumb and very dangerous.Take care. First, start off by getting a life. Second, stop taking pills.
