My only thoughts have been a bandaid and covering it with my hair while at work .
Please tell me I am overlooking some great option!

Also, if the sticky part of the bandaid gets over the holes, will it get infected?

when i got my eyebrow pierced i wore a bandaid over it. it did fine so i don't see any reason that yours wouldn't be okay either. good luck!

Keep your hand over your eyebrow at all times. When people ask why you are pulling such a gesture, tell them that you are just having a really bad day.
But honestly, I'd go for the bandaid thing. You could try white gauze and say that you had a nasty cut. This way, it should give your piercing some air and won't be sticky from traditional bandaids. People will notice no matter what. Your managers shouldn't have a problem with the gauze.

You should NEVER cover a healing piercing with a band-aid. Not only can it irritate the skin, but the adhesive can cause problems with your piercing.
You can wear a retainer in your piercing if its a high quality quartz retainer and you have a professional piercer put it in for you, you shouldn't have any issues. You'll want to leave it in place for the rest of the healing period and once its healed, keep the jewelry change to a minimum to avoid irritation

I've heard that dental floss works, just thread it through the hole and cut off the ends leaving 1 end sticking out a bit so you can remove it (with tweezers if necessary)

you could wear a chefs hat, thats what i had to wear in college, pa culinary, and it covered my ear cartliage piercing and i never got caught.
also, wear a bandana around your head, very low, a new style perhaps?!!

put a huge one on your lip so big that people might just overlook your eyebrow ring :-)
